There are quite few requests on here for feedback, I add mine to the back of the queue.

Yeah, its Shepherds Bush there. Shepherds Bush hasnt got the best reputation but its neighbouring suburb Holland Park is elite. May just be a branding move. Not related directly to your Web site, but aren't you in Shepherd's Bush not Holland Park?
May just be a branding move.
He may primarily target Holland Park. Its no different to "Computer Repair for Seniors". It doesnt mean hes a senior himself.Kind of a "New York - Paris - Peckham" thing, then? Not misleading at all!
Text increased, ta.It went down before I could really take a look at it, the menu text at the top would be considered too small for some.
Home fixed, taClicked on the "Home" text at the top in your menu and it goes to http version of your site? Which doesn't exist.
You need to fix your redirects properly as well. http + https won't work. Only https://www version works.
I couldn't see a mobile menu at the top for your site as well?
I would strongly suggest you look at getting another WP theme.
Avada is quite easy to use.
Regards,
Handy for Kensington too, I'd swear the Bush is getting worse though.Wow, I lived across the road from you in 2012. I lived on the top floor at 67 Pennard Rd. The window with the wood ventian blinds was my office. You could see my window from your window.
It seems the server is really spotty. Sometimes it loads fast, sometimes it loads slow, sometimes it doesnt load at all.
There is no immediate reason why I should choose you. I have 10 tabs of competing businesses open, why should I choose you? Are you faster? better? more local? insured? more experienced? friendly?
Have a tag line up the top so people can immediately see why they should choose you over the other 9 open tabs.
Make the top navigation bigger.

Pretty neat setup actually, having the lower rents of living in Shepherds Bush while servicing the elite clients one suburb over. You can command a higher price that they wouldnt bat an eye at.
Seems ok at the moment will keep an eye on it, taHomepage took 29 seconds to load...

It's true, I'm 665 metres from W11Not related directly to your Web site, but aren't you in Shepherd's Bush not Holland Park?
Thanks.I only had a quick look, but I noticed that most of your alt tags on the home page photos are exactly the same - I'd make then all unique and remove the dashes.
All feedback welcome, forgot about T&Cs, thanks. Its Word Press So I will be blunt and to the point.
The images are boring and dull and they don't fit the scheme. The site lacks any depth and color. The design does not utilize the entire screen. I don't like boxed websites. Everything on your site and that you have to offer can be put within a one page design with room to spare. Wheres your contact page? Its at the bottom of all your pages in the footer. No contact form.
Also, you state terms & conditions apply. Well, where are these terms and conditions? They are no where to be found on your site.
Now then, dont take anything I say personally. I critique a lot of websites - just ask around here
