35 here, started (professionally) in the repairs about 3 years ago, after finishing my CompTIA A+ certification.
Been "playing" around since i was 14/15 ;)
 
I should have done this a few weeks ago. I would have been in the 21-30 group. Now I'm in the 31-40 group. Maybe I'll like it here...
 
I am 33 for a few more weeks and I switched from IT to Tax Collector :p
I started in HS then worked in the IT Department of a local company for almost 10 years leaving ~1 yr ago to work for local government and have an IT related roll in the office I work for and I still do IT work on the side.
 
61, started with punch, then optical cards with Fortran. One quickly learnt to scrawl diagonal lines across the sides of the deck for when you inevitably dropped them, usually in the most windy place available. And no, there were no sorters.
