I have now reduced the "stroke" around the squircle/border from 10pt to 0, and increased the size of the computer and stethoscope.
It's funny how the stethoscope
kind of looks like a worm or snake.
I like the thicker border but I think it detracts from the icon. I think the only way to make it work is to make the border part of the icon. Perhaps turn it into a mouse instead, something like this ...
Since you're playing around with stethoscope ideas this is one we made but never used. May strike some inspiration.
