Hi I have a client with an iPad where he uses zoom and a MacBook Pro where he uses the same account, when he sends invites to any user over the MacBook Pro everything is fine and everyone receives the invites with no issues (or so he thinks), but on the iPad sometimes the invites are sent but not received, no matter if they had a previous meeting before, the invite does not go to the spam folder and does not seem to be email type related (does not matter if it’s gmail, outlook ou other) at least that he noticed (and let's face it probably it’s only with some certain types of accounts) , I’ve tried looking for support on the zoom website but nothing similar to this was found and the bot they have does not help me at all...
has anyone come across something like this?
