First thank you, I cant cite them because I have no idea of their origin they are housed in our kb that runs on dynamics CRM and sharepoint. We create them as we go along over the last 6 or so years since we have been running crm and sharepoint. Never had any intention on sharing them so I never thought to keep links.

I would never work for anyone not just Geek squad, anyone, I have not in 10 years and I never will in the future. The content is from my servers, from a kb running on CRM and Sharepoint, as stated before. Im sure every Geek Squad employee is running multiple 8 core hyper v servers with 64gb of ram for redundancy and high availability of lob applications. A Geek Squad employee will rarely if ever find themselves in an environment running this type of hardware and software. Don't knock me its not nice and I would not do it to you

We know about keyboards and hands from the other thread.

I did do a play last year where I had to do an Irish accent. Took ages to get the hang of but, by the end of the run, I had trouble stopping each night.
