Alright, since what I primarily do is website design I feel qualified to help. Your strongest statement, that will mean something to a potential client is at the bottom of the site (You’re in the right place! We love to fix computers!). This statement tells all what you do. It should be illustrated by a picture of a smiling technician, full face, that fully supports the statement.
When building a website remember that the first page is your public front. It is teddy bears, candy, feel good type summarization. The whole purpose is to tell people what you do, in a nutshell, gain their trust, and entice them to look further.
This is just my opinion. I'm a designer.
