I think the earlier suggestion to use "your kids" instead of "the kids" is a great suggestion. It is just more personal, and what is more personal than spending Christmas with them.

You could even carry it further and say "your families", then you include husbands and wifes who get a fair bit of gadgetry as presents these days. Crackberrys and other smart phones, laptops, netbooks, the list is endless.
 
Thanks for your comments JRoss but it went to the printers already, my leaflets should be ready today and the local "In-Business" magazine is printing tomorrow ready to drop on 15,000 door mats in December. Fingers crossed!!!
 
Honestly you should take the day off, or atleast only do drop off work. I mean geez its Christmas, is 100 bucks worth Christmas with your wife and child? If you have to work through Christmas day whats the point of being your own boss!
