Well the technet comment is assuming he needs them for his personal usage, I haven't ever given away anything from mine but I can see people saving a small fortune by sharing with their own families although it isn't considered legal I suppose if you split the cost among 4 people and 4 people each have a separate key then it doesn't seem so bad...that was the relevance to the comment above I made in referencing technet.

the MAPS subscription allows you to use the products for your business so long as you keep an active license. so theres a better option if you need the software for your business.
