Honestly it's bugs after updates. I’ve seen similar behavior in small workgroup setups where cloned machines ended up with SID conflicts or credential weirdness. one of my IT friends recommand me to try tools like newssdi, syprep and wittytool SID Changer can change windows sid, don't know if it works, will tyr later.
