Windows 10 - No taskbar icons

Had an issue with a clients system Windows 10 21h2 (Build 19044.2251)
On logon there are no icons in the taskbar - Unistalled Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5019949) and resolved the issue.

Where do I report this issue to MS?

The Windows 10 (or 11, if it were 11) Feedback Hub.

It's also worth updating to 22H2 at this point.
