What is this, exactly? I can find no reference to it - I've heard of Windows 10 PRO for High End Devices, but not home. I'm wondering if this vendor somehow got to control what the sticker says, so it's just marketing nonsense.

Never heard of it either. But ibuypower.com is a gaming computer company.

I have a vague recollection of a special version of W7 pro that was just for high end workstations, like those HP Z workstations that can run up to 10-15k. So I wonder if that's what it is. A special OEM version.

Never heard of it, but HP seem to think it's a thing.

I just checked ibuypower.com and even in the config part it makes no mention of "high end devices". I'd bet just the regular ISO will work fine with the sticker key.

I'd call Microsoft. If you search for the SKU number shown in the picture you find lots of images some from ibuypower, some from cyberpower. Some say high-end device others say home plus. I can find Neither in Microsoft SKUs. I smell fake COAs and key generation numbers.
