Thanks for the link, that is definitely good to know. However, I can't imagine it applies if you have the volume licence but it is your customer who owns the computer and has the OEM licence.

You're right, it doesn't. It wouldn't cover us in preparing laptops for sale. It will, however, work when deploying numbers for a slightly larger (say 10+) client in that the client can actually save money on the required setup time and the trade off of VL vs labour works in his favour.
