Which command line scanner is best?

I am currently using emsisoft commands one scanner with dsupport suite but it seems to miss a lot of viruses and pups is there any other command line scanners that have a good detection rate which can also be automated?

I was taking a look at vipre rescue but can't figure out how to automate it. Let me know which you guys think is the best.

Thanks
Tyler

im pretty sure that vipre rescue needs to be downloaded afresh each time, i dont think there is a way to update it from the command prompt like emsisoft. It shouldnt be too tricky to automate the download using wget, extract and run, though again it just seems to scan everything which can take a while, no smart or quick scans.

I did find this though, not a scanner but a useful tool with cmd line options http://www.eset.com/int/support/sysinspector/faq/

Interesting find. DL'd it for myself to check out. On Win8 Pro x64, it identified a ton of stuff as "unknown" which was mostly default Windows files. It flagged Quickbooks as unknown and possibly risky.

Did not fill me with confidence and I could see that inducing panic on a customer.

Edit: Oh, the actual DL link is here. That other page dead-ends.
