[SOLVED] Where to back my Clients Data up too?

Redundancy is the key.

Pick up a used synology, or make your own "redundant setup" if you have the hardware lying around.

An off the shelf product is just "easier", but either way you want a mirrored pair of drives. That will be
good enough. Short of an act of god, your data will most likely be fine. Lets call it 98%, because there
is always that scenario in which your going to "lose" customer data somehow.

so I was asking if my backups could be done in a better way to avoid data loss for clients. got told use something with redundancy such as raid. I have got out my old NAS with raid so now using that solely for backups with the 2 hard drives mirroring. so for me for what i needed it has been solved. the discusion just grew and grew though and was really interesting
