Where can i learn how to do motherboard repair

I am dying to learn how to do motherboard repair, does anyone know where i can learn or any good online sources for learning material?

thanks alot for the reply fixitdaz, i have read the first link before its was mostly focused on capacitors and i just read over the second link, it was mostly how to fix motherboard faults such as ram not seated correctly, sorry i should have said i am looking to replace SMD components on laptop motherboard, i have been sldering for quit some time and i think i will be able to replace the component without a problem but its finding the faulty components i have no idea on how to do or where to learn

Give this a go if you can fault fined electronic components and you have sum test kit cap testers oscilloscope ect you can fined most failed components and repair most things

thanks alot for the links i really liked the blog it was very informative and i will be visiting it alot , alot of these sites are about people telling you that they found a faulty component by 'following the power' and this is how they replaced it, what im looking to learn is how to follow the power and diagnose a faulty component
