where can I get material to make laptop bezel screw covers?

Just pulled the trigger on one of these

Want to get sheets of rubber or plastic to make various size bezel screw covers.

Anyone have any ideas what to buy and from where?

I know this thread is a little old, but I was curious if you had any success here? I try to collect all the screw covers that I can, but I never seem to have what I need. Either I don't have enough of one type, or the ones that I do have are never the right diameter/thickness/color. It would be great if I could make my own.
