When are Microsoft stopping XP downgrade option

Does anyone know when:

• When are XP downgrade options stopping completely. E.g. Windows 7 license with XP downgrade options.
• When are Microsoft stopping the sale of XP license separately?

Yeah I meant April 2011.

Instead, Microsoft now says customers buying new Windows 7 PCs will have the option to downgrade those machines to XP throughout the life cycle of Windows 7.

I think MS changed their minds again and the downgrade rights were extended to 2020. They did stop XP sales and cut off OEM's from offering factory downgrades Oct. 22nd.
