What SSD's would you use in a custom NAS?

Looking to build a custom NAS with some fast storage. Looking at the Synology DS1019+: https://www.amazon.com/Synology-Bay-DiskStation-DS1019-Diskless/dp/B07NF9XDWG

I don't need an absolute ton of storage I just want it fast and reliable, and I'd prefer to use SSD's over WD Reds or Seagate Ironwolfs.

Using consumer Samsungs a bad idea? (860EVO: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Inch-Internal-MZ-76E1T0B-AM)

I've never had one of these Samsungs fail before in the 5-years I've been using them. I'm actually pulling systems with these drives in them and replacing them with Samsung NVme drives now.
