What is this laptop part called?

First, sorry for not putting the whole question in the title, I couldn't word it succinctly.

In the place where you screw the hinge into the lid of a laptop, there are some little tiny brass bits that are threaded to receive the screws. These are the things that usually come out of the plastic (attached to the screw) when someone drops a laptop. I want to call them grommets, but I don't think that's right, anchor seems to general. Anyone know the "technical" name for these things?
 
I call them a pain in the ass, but I believe they are called brass insert nuts.....how ironic bass nuts lol

We call them Hinge Mounts, but honestly I'm not sure if that's the technical name.

Edit: Disregard, I had the wrong part in mind.

Hey thanks everyone. I decided to call them Thread-Serts because that is both descriptive and technical-sounding. But I have to say I'm rather fond of "knurled nuts". Can't say it without smiling.
