I had a folder that used to be full of mp3's. The folder appears empty and I was going to simply put it in the recycle bin to get rid of it. Before I did that, I checked the properties to make sure it was really empty, and it says there is 1.30 Gigs worth of material somewhere in the folder. However, I cannot find anything in that folder.

I right clicked the folder and chose the "play in winamp" option and music actually started playing. I right clicked on a song that was being played, and it said the file was located here. C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\MusicFromMikey\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1177238915 -507921405-725345543-1003\Df15\De3.mp3
However, I cannot find these files.
Anybody have any ideas as to what's going on and how I can get ahold of these hiding mp3's? Thanks in advance!!!!!

It is most likely a hidden folder if you turn on show hidden files and folders option you should have no trouble finding it.

To turn on the option:
1. Open My Computer
2. Click Tools >> Folder Options
3. Click View Tab
4. Click the option "Show hidden and system files and folders"
5. Click Ok

A Recycler file is the actual location of the recycle bin on your harddrive for a particular user. Be default, it is hidden so you have to "Show hidden and system files and folders" as Blues mentioned in the post above me.

You can also look in the recycle bin of the user "MusicFromMikey" which can be found on the desktop and restore it.
