What imaging software do you use?

Tell them to go the Geek Squad. Maybe they'll get a yes answer.

You can be a good tech, and use something like PCMover from LapLink. You look like the hero, and get paid as well. Or, just send them to GeekSquad.

I didn't even realize there was such a thing. Don't think I'll be buying it but that's nice to know.

I leave the question of buying it up to the customer.

More important, on this forum, is why you didn't know about it, or even try to find out about it, or something like it? How do we best serve our customers, as well as ourselves, if we aren't up to date on what is possible?

I use Shadow Protect for imaging all my client machines, paid version. You could also try Redo Backup for a free version.
 
Pricing

For a server Acronis is $850+.. Is that what you are using for imaging say a windows 2003 server? That is a little steep for some small business customers in my experience anyway.
