what are the last CRM or ERP have you tried lately?

1- i would like to hear some feedback about diferents CRM or ERP.
2- Like sugar crm , info@hand , smart crm , sales force , etc.
And what about Open ERP , opentaps ,etc.
3- what about those systems that have both system in one?

4- plz some pros and cons?

5-final conclution?

I have setup Sugar for a couple people, and from what I can see it seems to be a pretty decent solution for managing a client base and potential leads. The community version is open source, and won't cost you anything beyond the hosting account to run it on.

I tried vTiger on my site for a bit. Overall I was impressed with its functionality and integration, it was just not exactly what I was looking for. Now I am using QuickBooks 2010 for finances/bookkeeping and osTicket for my ticketing solution/bookkeeping in that respect. It is working out quite nicely for me. I still wish I could integrate the two, but we can't always have everything, I suppose. I tried Sugar for a bit as well. It was just overkill for my purposes. It is a very nice piece of software, don't get me wrong. I just didn't need a lot of its functionality. Overall, if they fit your needs, I would recommend anything I have mentioned in this post.
