I know this may seem as though I'm coming on here just to post about my problems, but once I get these questions out the way I promise i'll discuss something other than myself.
Anyway, my website is at http://www.adeptpcrepair.co.uk
When someone actually views my website, via google places, adwords or any other means usually this converts in to a service being sold.
This is a good thing, I know, but the problem I'm having is getting people there in the first place.
On google places, I come out on the first page under "laptop repairs cardiff" but not "laptop repair cardiff". I also do not come anywhere near the first page under "Pc repair cardiff" or "computer repair cardiff".
I have read all over the net how google places works, and cannot for the life of me get shifted up the list.
Also, Yahoo seems to think i've done an excellent job of SEO on my website as i'm #2 for "pc repair cardiff" but google thinks otherwise and i'm not even on the first page.
I've recently reset up my adwords campaign in an attempt to get some unique visitors to my website.
What are Freeindex users experiencing? In the section where you can see how many viewed your ad, I am getting 60-70 views a month but only 5-6 clicks to my website.

I appreciate any help on all subjects I have listed here regarding my website. The business is a bit up and down at the moment, I can get a week of work where I'm constantly busy and feel really great about that, but at the moment I'm having one of those "quiet" weeks and using the time to analyse what I could do better.
