I am thinking about adding an FAQ to my website to features quick questions about my business, our services, and anything else I can think of. Of course, I do have a small list of frequently asked questions from my clientele but I don't feel it's enough to fill an entire page.

What questions would you put on your own FAQ page? What are FAQ's that your customers and potential customers ask you? Does anyone have any good examples of existing FAQ pages?

Heres mine. Just to give you a couple of ideas.

Is my data safe with you?
What is your hourly rate for repairs and upgrades?
Do you sell computer components? – Will you supply parts for my repair??
Do you build or supply computers?
Do you offer an express service or equivalent?
Do you repair laptops?
How long will a repair take?
Do you offer no fix no fee
Are you the cheapest locally?
Do you price match against other technicians or companies?

I think you answer your own question. The concept of a FAQ page is to answer those questions that are frequently asked. So what do your clients tend to ask you?

I don't mean for it to sound snooty, but a general FAQ page does not help YOU with YOUR clients. I'm personally not a fan of FAQ pages for non-techies because it implies that you don't know where else to put a piece of information. Really pay attention to the questions that your clients ask, because if you do hear one more than a few times then maybe you need to change something.

I disagree i think an FAQ page is a great idea. So much so i just added one to my site! I think non techies have a lot of questions and what better place to place them! This i just my opinion but a lot of sites have them including a lot of our active members.
