Website builders.

Does anyone know or have checked out the hPage Website Builder? Here's a link: https://www.hpage.com

I just found about it some days ago, and the website looks nice. It seems like a new website builder out in the marketplace since I haven't heard about them before. Haven't signed up though but I have it bookmarked. I'll create a website with hPage soon to see how they fare out.

If you do a lot of web development like I do, then GoDaddys Deluxe Hosting is the option for you - OR - do what I did and opt for the reseller plan. You can make money off of selling your own web hosting stuff - plus you get the deluxe hosting as well at no additional cost. If you call the reseller division, ask for Norm.

I have a Dell R210 in-house thats setup as a web server for when I build sites so when it comes time to upload the site to GoDaddy or any other hosting provider, its 100% ready to go live.

@vikiris hPage looks like it's the same thing as many of the hosting companies that have their own website builder - Squarespace, Weebly, there are a ton of them out there.

If you're just going to use it to build a site, be aware that many of them create sites that depend heavily on loading resources from the parent/hosting company so you can't just clone that built site to elsewhere. Many of them also have T&C you agree to that specifically note that the site you build is licensed only for use with their hosting and that there's a charge if you take it elsewhere (or they could just get it taken down).

I know this is an old thread, and I've been ridiculed for commenting on old threads in the past, but I feel this topic is always evolving.

What I have heard about GoDaddy, is you have to "request" a MySql database be installed and setup, and on some accounts each email address will cost you more monthly....the services I use and have used, I can add email accounts as fast as I can type, same with databases.....at no additional cost....and the hosting service is extremely cheap for all that...between 15 and 20 dollars per month....

Always found on those shares plans they greatly overload the server.

Still prefer to host my own VPS for web servers.
