I've wanted to like this. The author seems committed and sincere. Unfortunately, I can't see a tool of this nature being worthwhile since it requires installation and reltes on DotNet being installed on the host computer.

I took a look at it, too, and didn't care for it for the same reasons. Virus removal tools really need to be portable and autonomous to be the most useful.
