Hi, I have a new machine with outlook 2016 and need to import the outlook 2013 files into it. I used Fabs and copied the 3 outlook folders (Outlook Files, OutlookNK, OutlookPST) to the user documents folder and selected the pst when I opened outlook, looks like all his messages, etc are there but I'm getting a error when I try to send that the data file cannot be accessed, how do I fix this?

I'm a bit confused on what you are trying to do, (send the Outlook files?) but is Outlook still holding the file permissions open? Copy the files you want to send to a new file(s) with a new name(s) and try again.

Weird, I had to copy the same data to two new pc's, I somehow must've imported the pst wrong on one, the other worked perfectly. I hate working with outlook.

Has Outlook 2016 already been run on the new machine before the transfer?
If so, you will need to delete the Outlook profile and perform the restore process using Fab's AutoBackup (no manual copy). This way, the files will be copied where they are supposed to be and the required registry settings will be applied.
