Got a Canon inkjet printer (272) has stopped working on a clients laptop. I have so far:-
I don't yet have the laptop in my procession, but anybody got any ideas what could be causing this issue?
- Changed the USB cable
- Reinstalled the drivers
- Tested the USB port with a memory stick - it works
- Tested the printer on one my main workshop computer - it works
