We got our ninite pro executable 3 years ago. The single best investment in software except for fabs AutoBackup. We have been grandfathered into the $20/month for what seems like unlimited use.

Would we want to update the executable at any point. Does a newer execrable possibly cover more programs?

Being we are grandfathered in I don't want to rock the boat and lose what we have currently

Are you on the pro interface, whereby you can upgrade all machines at once?

or, do you use the pro.exe on each machine, and upgrade that?

Ninite.exe on every computer

i cant see any reason why you cant update it to the latest v.

nor any real reason why you would want to.

check out the web interface though. makes life much simpler. especially for those clients on some form of package with you. ;)

I believe 20 dollars was for 100 workstations.

That all depends.

On mine, I have it
Your Plan
You have a monthly account valid through 11 November 2018.

It is good for use on unlimited machines within your organization.

Your price is $20.00 per month.

Your pricing will not change unexpectedly and account changes and upgrades will use the rate schedule from when you signed up.

Your account will renew on 11 November 2018.

In the past 30 days your account has been used on 94 machines.

The 94 machines it lists here, is what I have on the pro interface.

But I maybe grandfathered into something from way before the 100 machine limit.

@_@ did you sign up in 2010? from what I can tell using the internet way back machine its had the 100 machine limit since 2011

I logged in for the first time today. It says I used it on 272 machines and have a 100 computer limit, but they have always only charged me $20. I wonder after the renewal if that will change.
