Hey guys just a heads up Untangle is trying to do some enforcement on their HomePro subscription, that's the cheap noncommercial $50 / year sub that cannot be resold. If you have that subscription you may be overrunning your license due to a mistake in their enforcement. Open a ticket with Untangle to get yourself sorted out.

When the Untangle for Home was first announced I thought to myself how a bunch of people would abuse that licensing and over-sell it for biz's.

How do you know if you're affected?

If you log into your Untangle and get an alert about being over your license, you "may" be affected. Hit your session viewer and see if things are being bypassed. Either way if you see the alert open a ticket because we now have two separate issues.

1.) The unit triggering and bypassing stuff.
2.) The alert going off when it shoudln't.

The 2nd is small fry stuff, who cares? There are some devices alerting but not degrading functionality. But if your kids' tablet isn't being filtered anymore, that's a larger problem.
