Anyone else experiencing problems with TSOhost lately?
I was originally a Vidahost customer and had a reseller account, never had many problems and when I did they were quick to resolve.
However since the merger with TSOhost I seem to be having almost daily issues. Sites sporadically dropping out, slow to load etc, support has became slower too.
I also needed to run a later version of PHP for a couple of sites, so I was told I would need to have my reseller account account moved to a newer server, ok I thought. However now as I start changing DNS records to point at the new server migrated sites are taking 20 seconds plus to load!!
I tried a blank wordpress install and it takes just as long. I dont know if this is an isolated incident with myself or if there are more wide spread problems. I am having to open a ticket several times a week at this point, and then argue to get the problem resolved correctly. I really at this point just want to jump ship and migrate sites to another host, however that would entail a lot of headaches with customers email settings etc.
Anyway rant over, just enquiring if others are having issues, if so then it may be time to start planning a move.
