trojan_downloader.Agent.DUJ

I have very recently contracted the above trojan also known as Backdoor.Agent.DUJ Thought the trojan appears to have been deleted by PC Tools Spyware I now note that my AVG is flickering when I look at scan results and also my email Outlook Express crashed last night and some info appears to be corrupted. I am using another laptop today.

What to do next???

I would just rearrange the order and delete browser history and temp files before the scans to save you time.
