Trial Version Software is Legal ??

Just wondering lots of people who work as a freelancer or get work from Odesk, Freelancer,Peopleperhour, fiverr many more.. don't buy License software.. so if they use Trial Version Software like Logmein, screenconnect, Team viewer will that be Legal ....

If YES why and if NOwhy ..

You will have to read each TOS for each piece of software your thinking about using within your business.

The ones you mentioned, ie all remote repairs, ammyy, is a well known scam piece of software. I.e one the majority of scammers like to use.

Team viewer is definitely a no no. It's against their TOS. LMI, I can't comment, as I have never used it.

LMI removed there free version because of abuse by businesses. I expect TeamViewer to not be far behind them.

Trial version all have time limits and prevent you from reinstalling them to get past it unless you do a nuke and pave. Even some won't let you reinstall after a NP.

So use trial versions of software at your own risk. Nothing like being in the middle of a session, the trial expires and you mess up the system you were remoted into.
