Transfer from Windows to Linux Screenconnect

I'm moving from self hosted Windows SC to a DigitalOcean Linux SC. I can get a fresh install working ok. But I want to transfer all my theme, sessions etc.

Soon as I do so (via FTP) it breaks. Bam.

Any ideas?

Pass, I'm still trying to get it installed, and working each time it gives some random error message.

Just out of interest what package did you go for? 512mb?

Yeah the lowest possible does not take much to run an instance of SC

I did this EXACT thing. Moved my SC from Winders hosting to a Linux droplet at DO (the $5/mo one).
Installed the Linux SC, overwrote with my stuff, then ran the installer again in order to convert a file or two - information found in the SC docs actually.
My move went flawless.

It's a known problem with the latest build for Linux

Ryan was on the phone to me last night. Great guys so helpful.

Long story short was my windows box was on 5.3. Linux was 5.2 cause I was using the install script. Turn prelease on, rerun the install.sh after copying files across and it works fine.

There was a cheer on both ends when we sussed it lol.
