Hello, I am always looking for ways to extend my knowledge.

I am looking for any software/videos/online documentation or training material including websites.

This can be both paid and/or free, preferably a bit of both.

Main areas of interest:
Anything to do with pc's rather it be the OS or hardware.
Anything to do with servers, examples Exchange and Active Directory.
Firewalls, both software based and hardware.
Spam filtering.
Anything to do with networking in general.
Anything to do with Certified Ethical Hacker or penetration testing.
Also I am looking to learn a bit about HTML to just have a better knowledge of it due to that area of mine is lacking and could find it useful.
And lastly anything to do with virus/worms/trojans rather it be there workings or more removal techniques(preferably troubleshooting techniques without the use of scanners, basically manual removal and tracking them down)
