TouchMyPC Free! Remote Support

No problem. I've never used it but I've heard good things. Also, I've been in the market for a new remote support program and figured it's worth a try :p
 
The search function on this forum is so horrible that I don't fault anyone for double posting anymore. Granted, in this case, the search turned up a result. Most everything I search for comes up with just unrelated posts.

I have been using touchmypc for about a month. I love it however when you sign up it says 6mos free I sent an email to customer service to confirm but havent received a response yet. However in previous post someone stated that they did confirm it was 1 year. But I love it so far and the customer pc can restart and the sessions will come right back up.
 
I signed up and it says90 days. I haven't tried it yet, but will shortly. I Haven't seen it talked about so thanks for posting this.
 
Well, bear in mind that it's offering itself more as consumer-level remote support and less of a network monitoring tool. If you need unattended access, you're better off paying bigger bucks for that service.
Agreed.

I signed up and gave it a whirl. Seems simple and easy to use. It would be nice if they would set-up the website so you can put the session ID in the weblink, so that the clients don't even need to put a number in and click a button.
 
It just seems all other remote connect companies offer this. gotomypc, TV, etc.

I think Im just going to dish out the Small business version for TV which comes to $250 for 6 months and see how it goes.
