Good afternoon!
I have a customer who showed up with a Toshiba Satellite S70-B-110 with the broken graphics chip. Customer said that a thermal paste change was been made very recently in another store.
When disassembly we noticed that the graphics chip also had folder and we are suspicious that it should be thermopad. Can anyone confirm the graphics chip takes thermopad or paste?
We are reballing a new chip and we want to make sure it does not happen again.

Thanks and have a nice week
