People who are members here for a longer time have noticed a considerable rise in end-users/pizza techs. The general consensus has been to confront them early on or it results in more heartache further down the line.

10 hours on a driver problem is excessive and would not be something you would expect from a normal tech!

lol I over exaggerated. I did spend a couple hours on it tho and moved on to another system. I was trying to make it seem more urgent but now I see it had the opposite effect. I'm sorry if you read too much on that number. I definitely dont have the experience you may have but I can probably do 90% of the jobs without the need for google. to be honest that one guy with the dos icon was just dogging on me I think because im almost done with my masters in EE but I dont mind. Im sure he'll realize im not some elitist who thinks hes better than others. In any case i've been doing pretty well for being a pizza tech and I want to thank the people who contributed to this thread.
