Toshiba laptop turning off

I've been working on a Toshiba Satellite that turns off at random intervals. I already took it apart, cleaned it and then replaced the broken HDD and reinstalled OS. This appeared to fix it. I tested the cpu temp using RealTemp with Orthos to stress it and it ran for 6 hours. Never got over 61C and did not turn off. I also ran it for c.2 days as normal and it did not turn off.

Returned to customer. Worked for a day and now turns itself off again.

Any ideas for when I take it back? Any Tosh specifics I've missed?

Initially I would ask the customer what was being done with the system when it turned off, what devices were connected to it and, if it was plugged in or running on battery power. Maybe the battery is going bad and it wasn't plugged in? Maybe it is plugged in but the outlet is bad? Maybe another device connected to the system is causing the behavior?
