I like dpd as couriers, my local driver is a great guy. Even one of my clients now. If I'm not answering the door, he comes down to the workshop to deliver the parcel to me.
Same as ups, and Tnt. I'm glad that city link have gone bye bye. They are the pits.
I refuse point blank to do business with yodel, they are a joke.
I do a lot of screen repairs nationally, so always use the same couriers. The drivers get to know me, and know I'm hardly in the house. So again go straight to the workshop. I tip them at Xmas. Usually a usb pen or similar. They are good to me through the year.
Even occasionally needed a parcel early, so text my driver, and if they are in the area sooner than expected will drop or collect.
