I just want to say how pleased I am with the way Laptop Screen treats its customers. They promptly shipped a replacement screen to replace one damaged in transit, and another which turned out not to be compatible (even though it tested perfectly for them before and after shipment and return), and have just moments ago provided a shipping label so I can return for credit a redundant screen ordered at the end of September. I don't know how they can stay in business, with such generous and kind return policies.
That last screen, was one I installed in the recently-mentioned MSI MS-1759 that needed the video cable replaced -- not the screen, which screen I replaced in October. Because it was an error in my diagnosis, I refunded to the customer the cost of the screen replacement and was feeling sorry for myself because the refund was for more than the cost to replace the video cable. I was now $30 in the hole, after struggling with this MSI from hell. Just to be sure it wasn't a video cable and a screen problem, I re-installed the original screen and it works perfectly.
Lamenting that I now owned a new screen which I may never need again, I looked into return privileges and found that Laptop Screen allows returns up to six months after the order is placed. And, they even provided a shipping label for the return.
I couldn't be happier with the way Laptop Screen has treated me; they are a treat to do business with and have my undying loyalty.
