Terminal Service CAL's Question

Does anyone know if the Terminal Service CAL's keys are they stored in the registry on Windows Server 2008 Standard? I have a client who purchased a server and they installed the server OS and TS server, and the co. is out of business. I need to change the server from device mode to user mode, as well as have the information in case a full server reload is needed. As far as I can tell they have no paperwork with keys for the TS CAL's.

It's done online via Microsofts Licensing Clearinghouse...so just call up Microsofts support and they'll track it back.
