Telephone Setup PSTN/VoIP

I have being asked to come up with a solution for this issue.

A client whats to be able to recieve calls from there landline on their on any VoIP/Landline Phone (Perferable VoIP solution, But all outgoing calls need to be the main office number.)

in the office. Their broadband is not good enought to move to 100% VoIP as calls are distored and their is no option of 3/4G or fibre any time soon.

I have already tried

Gigaset DX800A handset and the quality is very poor.​

The main points I need to find a solution for are.

Have Caller Display.
Speaker Phone.
All Outgoing calls to show as their main office number.

They won't move the number to a VoIP provider.

Is their any solution of am I trying to find the impossible solution

Are they using the same DSL line that their data is going over, or do they have a dedicated line for the VOIP?

I would look into a Grandstream UCM6100 series IP PBX Appliance or if your feeling testy look into building them a PBX in a Flash box, either way your best option is to have a PBX in their office to bring in the copper phone lines and then use voip internally in their office

The broadband and phone is on the same line not dedicated. The current speed they receive is 3 down and 750kb up

I agree with krtechsolutions here... build them a PBX for the landline to go into. Basically you're converting the landline to VoIP, but only on the internal network where you have plenty of bandwidth to spare. As a bonus, when they are able to switch over to a 100% VoIP system, they'll already have the hardware.

Thanks, looks like the Grandstream UCM6102 IP PBX is going to be the best option. I will order one and a couple of handsets and see whats happens.

From my research I plug into the deivce to the analog phone socket then the 6102 into the network, then plug handsets into the network and config the box and it's all good to go. Looks like it might even allow for the Voicemails to be emailed. I'm really looking forward to installing this for them.

I've just ordered the parts for installation next week.

It works really well. the setup was a PITA, infact after spending a four hours on it without any luck, I sub contracted the job out to a telecoms firm I use for cabeling and they had it working in a few hours. Wish I did it sooner.
