Technician Customer Survey

I am trying to gather some stats on the tech support industry and I have put together a short 7 question survey with questions on who your customers are and what sort of things you assist them with. This is an anonymous survey but I will be posting the results here once complete. If you could take the time to fill out my survey, I'd greatly appreciate it!

This survey is for anyone who provides technical support to other people on a residential level (not to a business's employees), be it paid or not. This is not device specific.
