I'm still trying to figure out the Google local business service. Take for example these search keywords;

Bristol PC Repair

Bristol Computer Repair

Bristol Laptop Repair

HCRepairs always appear above me, apart from on "bristol computer repair" (presumably because those keywords are in my domain name). However HCRepairs always appear at the top of the local business section and I don't even appear once! Under "Bristol computer repair" they're the only listed company under the "local business" section!

Tell me about it. Search on "berkshire computer repair" and some guy in Oxfordshire comes up. Do a search on "crowthorne computer repair" (my home town) and only 1 of the firms in the top list is even in Crowthorne. Me, living near the centre of town am languishing on page 5 or something!

You'll need to pm Bryce to adjust your permissions. Sometimes they don't change after you meet the minimum requirements.

BryceW. If you have scripting enabled, it will pop up as you begin to type in Bryce.

google is being quite annoying to me, now I did submit my business to google maps quite some time ago, but when I search "Franklin Square Computer Repair" mine isn't in the top 7 listed or even on the first 6 pages... stoped reading after page 6

Any advice?
