Tech-vets and time wasters/end users

I've been listening to various podcasts while I work and came across a Tech-vets one I think touches home to Technibble. It's tech-vets show seven, http://tech-vets.com/2009/04/07/tv-2009-04-07-007/

I think Carey starts his views on time wasters, which I equate to the end users here, somewhere around 24 minutes in. It's semi-long but very good IMO.

Tech-Vets is a great podcast. I remember that episode, Carey goes on quite a rant. I used to have a big problem with home users, but that mostly went away once I raised my rates.

Tech-Vets are one of they podcasts I regularly keep up with. Good stuff. Though I prefer Mike Smith a heck of a lot more than Carey.

Carey has quite the personality and he admits to it. I've had him going on a few emails I have sent in to the show.
