Teams Dial In Numbers

I am trying to add a phone number for people to call via audio phone call into teams meetings. I have enabled the service through Appriver and it shows up in my O365 admin account. However when I try to add a phone number no prefix or city is ever available.

Has anyone run into this before?

I would call Appriver - their support is the best of any vendor I work with. I haven't tried to do this, but it seems like something isn't connected right.
