I've been asked by an existing small-business customer to help them set up their 3 computers for shared Outlook calendars/contacts. They don't have a central server so things like Exchange are out. They are, as said, a small business so we're also not looking to blow huge wads of cash. They'd come up with "OfficeCalendar.com" which runs about $100/user so I'd say that's their budget but I wouldn't mind coming in under budget.
FWIW, they'd previously tried gSyncit but it kept coming up with requests to delete data (contacts/appointments).
I'm also not against setting up with a gmail account in order to centralize the information.
