Just got a cold call from a company offering placement in the top 7 on google... the lady on the phone claimed Google has them "sell the front page" of Google for them and that Adwords is just for Corporations cuz it gets expensive, etc. I finally got her to tell me who she was with (SummitSEM) and admit that they sell SEO. Now, I know some folks have success doing this, but what do you guys/gals here think?
