Stupid question, how do I reset a server ?

Have a Dell t340 here brand new, I am about 60 minutes in to the setup (which I started over 3 months ago) for whatever reason, something has corrupted I cant complete windows updates or add any roles to the server, I have tried to fix it but having spent 2 hours trying and failed thus far I think at this point the quicker option would be to just reset the server and start again.

How do I reset the server ?
It only came with downgrade media.
I can see a recovery partition on the actual drive but I cant see anyway to access that.
Its 2019 essentials if it matters, I already have it on a USB disk but I imagine it would be better to use a Dell image if possible.


[EDIT] media is available for download through the customers Dell account.
sidenote, Dell support is beyond frustrating, the support assistant (online chat) is definitely not a native english speaker and speaks in a very odd way, which makes getting help with the problem infuriating.

Stop. You are in some kind of weird time dilation. There must a way to take advantage of that!

Get into the Lifecycle controller (F10 at the right place during the boot) - you can reinstall from there if you already have the ISO. Here is a link.
